Return Policy

According to current legislation, customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receiving the order.
Return conditions
Products must be returned:
in intact condition
unused
in original packaging
Damaged products
If the product arrives damaged during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned product, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is damaged.
